Not only was our tour guide uber informative - a wonderful social studies teacher moonlighting in the moonshine - but the immersive experience continued through the tasting and into the bar. My husband is a bourbon drinker, I am not but the wonderful Laurel mixed me a beautiful off menu drink that brought me over to the dark liquor side.
